Cancellation & Refund Policy

Gothirff believes in providing excellent customer service and has adopted a flexible cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if requested immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed by the vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.

Exceptions to Cancellations:

  • Gothirff does not accept cancellation requests for perishable or custom-made items. However, a refund or replacement can be provided if the customer proves the product delivered is of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team the same day you receive the product.
  • The complaint will be addressed after inspection by the merchant.
  • If the product does not meet your expectations or matches the description on the website, you must report this to our customer service team the same day.
  • Our Customer Service Team will evaluate your complaint and take appropriate action.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty:

  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:
You may request a return or exchange if:

  • Items are physically damaged or defective.
  • Items differ from the description.
  • Items were delivered incorrectly (wrong color, style, or size).

Replacement Policy:

  • Replacements will only be issued for items that are defective or damaged.
  • No exchanges will be made due to hygiene concerns.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:
In light of COVID-19, we have implemented enhanced safety measures, including:

  • Contactless deliveries.
  • Sanitization of all facilities and surfaces.
  • Regular health monitoring and safety protocols for team members.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing time.

How to Return Your Item:
To return a product, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Gothirff cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gift Returns:

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
